“To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.”
I'm a UX designer from Newcastle upon Tyne, currently working in the online gaming industry in Gibraltar.
I'm happy to call Gibraltar my home for the last three years but previous to this, I worked as a web designer in the banking industry for over 5 years.
I love researching, analysing, prototyping and designing interfaces to improve user journeys and experiences. My goal is always user centred design focused to create things that just work.
My UX process follows the following key phases: strategy, research, design and production.
In my spare time you’ll find me running, reading or bloging about travels and UX topics.
July 2015 - Present
In my current I'm developing and improving the current download client, mobile application and mobile/mainstream websites as well as designing, developing and creating both transactional and promotional emails across multiple languages.
I work closely with the UX team taking part in user research, observing user testing and conducting competitor analysis. I then develop this information into wireframes and high fidelity prototypes, which are then passed onto the development team to create.
July 2013 - June 2015
Moving into the games sector I also moved into a Front-End development role.
